Return Policy

Here at High Country, we hope that we have satisfied your desire for quality, affordability, and authenticity. It is our intent to provide each client with respect, education, and we strive for repeat and return business. Recognizing though; that to err is human, and understanding that we are just as human as the next, we offer this limited return and exchange policy:

 

1.       Any stone that we sell will be documented from point of origin upon request. This documentation will contain the description, location that the stone originated from, and record of all testing that we have conducted in-house. Some stones will carry documentation from industry supporting professionals that is not generated by us. Should this be the case, this will be explained at the time of sale.

 

2.       Cash refunds are not offered unless the stone is misidentified or has been improperly handled or tested. Instead, recognizing the value of your business, we ask that you work with us in order to overcome the issue and we offer replacement stones of equal value within the species. We are good at our job, and we partner with some of the best local minds and professionals to provide you with the security that is carried by an investment with our products and services. We can’t catch everything, but we are happy to admit a mistake and offer our replacement stone program.

 

3.       Our price point is just that…. Ours. We strive to bring the best and most trustworthy stones to market at fair and equitable prices. Our numbers are generated by comparing similar stones that are currently available in other places, combined with scientific information regarding the value of our product. We welcome shoppers and expect that there is an extremely diverse range of prices readily available to you via the world market and internet. It is our duty to insure reasonable prices before the time of sale. We are not liable for changes in the global market, whether it is the raising or the lowering of price per gram, per carat, or per kilo. The price we offer our merchandise at is just that, a price. If you should change your mind about a stone after the point of purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds based on remorse. All sales are final unless otherwise specified or gross negligence or fraudulent information is present.

 

4.       Exchanges based on damage during shipping, calibration issues, or undeclared issues within the stone will be addressed on an individual basis, and we ask the opportunity to right any wrongs immediately and within our power. Team work makes this dream work, and we are excited to offer our treasures to you!
